YES it does on both! This process happens real-time from the Online Square Dashboard & all physical devices. Please allow for up to 60 seconds for the automated refresh to change the prices.

Does this App auto-create the corresponding Cash Discount buttons inside of Square for cash-paying customers?

YES, with a single click of a button inside the Settings.

Will this App update real-time price changes made on the prices of existing Items and Modifiers?

YES, this app will capture ANY price changes conducted on Square hardware OR in the Online Dashboard & will re-mark up the correct pricing accordingly. So ALL pricing edits are "trued-up" real-time. Please allow for up to 60 seconds for the automated refresh to change the prices.

For proper settlement accounting, how should the merchant account be enrolled with Square?

According to the merchant's qualifying Flat Rate, the Merchant Account's Daily Discount with Square should be equal to the Cash Discount rate that corresponds with the appropriate mark-up rate, as listed in their Baked In: Inventory App Settings.

Does Baked In: Inventory support importing inventory on a spreadsheet for proper mark-up?
